look at me with my little essays this is gonna be a short one though (edit: im 6 paragraphs in its not a short one)

i love burn this disco to the ground ep so much yous dont understand like i wanted to make a continuous mix project for years and i finally did it with this ep and it was gonna be a teaser for mcx in a way because mcx original tracklist like the first finalised one was a continuous mix (its not anymore) (well maybe idk i might try and make an alternate version continuous mix idk we'll see.) so i was like this is gonna be so cute whatever

anyways i didnt bother doing art cuz i was like no this is so good it speaks for itself its amazing blah blah blah well no turns out you have to have art. idk why i released it without art cuz i feel like that hurt it. people just saw it as a side project (which it was) but i never want people to think i put out side projects ajhgjakshgashg idk

but honestly i think to say it didnt do well would be lying bcuz i remember a lot of people came to me and were like this was actually really good i wish it had music videos and while that was never planned and was never on the cards so do i tbh like i wish it had a non stop continuous mix of a film to go with it but idk what it would be ive never envisioned visuals for this ep i dont know how to explain it likeee

whenever i release anything it almost always starts with visuals before music but for btdttg it was entirely music before visuals. the only other project i can think of that the visuals were added after the music was made (and in its case music videos were made) is synthesis. i remember that tracklist was made in one night, the videos were recorded and edited in i wanna say 2 weeks? maybe just under 2 weeks. and the artwork was made on the third week and it was released at the end of that week. (that might be slightly wrong but its a rough estimate, the videos were definitely done within 2 weeks) pretty sure synthesis videos were recorded over my easter holidays ctfu anyway i said this would be a short one christ

anyway yeah hope you like the new art its really not a big deal but i feel like this year im righting wrongs of the past 10 years. like this is the year where not only i release my new and 1000000% last album, but its also the year where i go and look back at what i've done and see what can i fix. im trying to think of it as if i was a historian in like 10 years when ive inevitably died of monkeypox or aids or both and im writing about mscamaraderie because i also became a world famous female pop star irl too anyway im getting off track. if i was a historian right id go to my website and be able to see the full picture of 10 years of my life instead of seeing a picture with holes and rips in it. does that make sense idk

ive always been of the mindset no do not change anything from the past. keep the past as the past - even if you dislike it - so its been weird to go back and say release old albums, or give old projects new artwork (btdttg, anatomy + the vibe (few years ago)). but when i really sat down and was like wait is this something that is actually true to me or is it just a fantasy i pretend to be like (i didnt word that correctly at all that makes no sense but i dont know how else to explain it im ctfu)

I GUESS WHAT IM TRYING TO SAY is that giving old things new art is really weird to me - i dont like it and i want to preserve things as they were at that time no matter how much i hate them or dislike them (when its convenient i guess). but on the other hand................................... WHO CARES DO WHAT U WANT KISS KISS. and anyways the old art is still on the website its still there. its just about making things look nicer to me i guess

so this went a bit off the rails unrelated but i cry laughing everytime i see kyan and harley on twitter what the hells up with that anyway ummmmmmmmmmmm new album soon i guess new tour too but greeted announced his tour like a day befor i was gnna announce mine so ummmm ill wait a bit before i announce new tour omggg habkeri habgreeted feud part 2 i think so he stole my tour or something idk

OH yeah and if theres like anything u remember from habkeri in the past 10 years that i didnt release iono dm me and tell me about it i might release it im feeling very fucking generous and cunty this year okay??
